Any permanent/past or retired employees of CDF may become a member upon payment of dues.

If you would like to apply for membership in the CDF Wagon Train, please print the attached form. Mail the completed form with $5.00 for current year dues and $5.00 initiation fee (total of $10.00) to the address printed on the application.
